There’s something special about the moment a child realises…
“I can do this.”
The first time they let go.
The first time they move through the water on their own.
The smile when they look back to check you’re watching.
Swimming isn’t just about learning a skill.
It’s about building confidence, independence, and trust in themselves.
Those small moments turn into big milestones —
and they stay with them far beyond the pool.
If your child hasn’t had that moment yet, it’s not too late.
Our lessons are already running, and children can still join at any time.

🔵 Won’t go in without holding on
🟡 Happy in shallow water but unsure deeper

Let’s put this to the test 👇
At what age do you think a child should be able to swim confidently without aids?

Most parents are surprised when they find out how many children are still not confident swimmers by the time they reach primary school.
Swimming isn’t something children just “pick up” — it needs to be taught, practiced, and built over time.
With summer coming up, confidence in the water matters more than ever.
If your child isn’t quite there yet, now is the time to start.
We have limited spaces available from 13th April.

Let’s see what everyone thinks 👇

Children who learn to swim early are significantly more likely to stay active as they grow older.
Swimming builds:
Full body strength
Stamina without strain on joints
Confidence to try new activities
A positive relationship with exercise
It’s one of the only skills that supports both safety and long-term health.
But like any skill, it fades without practice — and it takes time to build properly.
With summer approaching, now is the best time to get started.
We have limited spaces available from 13th April.

Starting now sets them up for more than just this summer.

A child who can swim confidently is far more than “just safe” in the water.
Children who attend regular swimming lessons are more likely to:
Stay calm if they fall into water
Have better coordination and physical development
Build confidence faster in new environments
Enjoy holidays, pools and beaches without fear
Swimming is one of the few activities that is both a life skill and a long-term confidence builder.
But it only works with consistency — not last-minute lessons before summer.
If your child isn’t fully confident yet, starting now gives them time to properly progress.
We have limited spaces available from 13th April.

Most parents think their child is “fine” in the water.
But many aren’t.
1 in 4 children leave primary school unable to swim
Many stop lessons before they’re truly confident
Swimming isn’t something you can fix just before a holiday.
It takes time to build real confidence.
With summer coming, more time will be spent around pools, beaches, and water.
If your child isn’t fully confident yet, now is the time to start.
We have limited spaces available from 13th April.
