Up and out nice and early to get the legs moving and take advantage of this Mediterranean morning 🌅 🚴🏼

Another rider on their triathlon journey fitted and ready to go and take on Bolton 70.3 next week - yes it is that close now 😬

This is now setup to ensure the 90k bike leg is absolutely smashed 🚴🏼💪🏼

Returned to a customer today to fit a new saddle for two reasons:

1. To support their pelvic rotation range of motion and improve comfort across all their riding

2. The original saddle had very short rails so the knee position was behind the pedal spindle - the new one has allowed this to come directly over the middle, just where we need to be

After a massive May of fits, I stuck on the jersey I picked up in Mallorca a few weeks back and rolled around on a beautiful sunny morning making the most of this Bank Holiday weather ☀️

Popped back to see an old customer this week to fit his new All Road as he preps for Leeds later this year - new wheels now fully ready to tackle anything that’s thrown at them 💪🏼🚴🏼
