Our Crusaders took on the role of interviewers as they sat down with Sale Sharks Women and USA Rugby Eagles Georgie Perris-Redding and Olivia Ortiz.
From asking their own questions to getting a behind the scenes tour, it was an inspiring and confidence boosting experience for everyone involved

Ahead of our Foundation Day this Sunday, hear from Sharks Forces participants discussing the benefits of our wellbeing walk and meet-up sessions
Designed to support veterans, these sessions, amongst others like our social and employability hub, help reduce loneliness and social isolation, whilst improving confidence, mental health and physical activity
Through shared experiences, participants form supportive connections, reaching new goals and building lasting friendships
Delivered with the support of the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust weโre proud to create opportunities that bring the forces community together and improve wellbeing
Ahead of our Foundation Day this Sunday, hear from some of the older men taking part in our Sharks Together sessions at Sale Sports Club.
Living with long-term health conditions, including Parkinsonโs, these sessions help participants stay active, connect with others, build friendships and support one another ๐
Together, weโre helping people lead healthier, longer lives and improving wellbeing across our community.
