Unfortunately we couldn’t quite make it to double figures on our win streak as we go down 1-0 at home to a very good Preston North End Supporters FC team

Yes it’s a cliché … but the negative result doesn’t quite tell the full story of the game from our point of view

We battled from start to finish, left everything out on the field, defended really well throughout, created numerous chances that weren’t finished like we normally do and we controlled the majority of the game.

One small lapse in concentration cost us in a very entertaining game but we’ll be back better and stronger in our next game 100%

🇾🇪 SEFC ran out 9-0 winners in the end in this mornings encounter with Shrewsbury Town Supporters FC.

Relentless from the first whistle to the last, went in 6-0 up at half time and controlled the game to the very end. Also a well earned first clean sheet of the season to go with a commanding attacking performance.

🇾🇪 Another 3 points picked up on the road this morning as we return from our first ever meeting with Sheffield Wednesday Supporters FC with a 5-4 win 🇾🇪

And what a game it was. It had it all … Some great football on show from both sides. Last minute equaliser from Sheff Weds followed by a stoppage time winner for Stretford End. Goal of the season contender as well.

We’re very much looking forward to the return fixture and another cracking game of football with a great bunch of lads!!

Stretford End FC 2-3 Strong Minds FC

Result from Sundays friendly fixture over in Bangor. Came up against a strong, solid, well drilled team who can play some good football. We definitely weren’t at our best on the day, not helped with only having 11 players available for the trip, coupled with an early injury, meaning our keeper had to play outfield.

The lads pushed right to the end and gave everything we could but we just couldn’t get the equaliser we needed.

Big shout out to the cracking set of lads over at Strong Minds FC for hosting us. Looking forward to hosting you guys in the not too distant future.
