⚡MATCH REPORT⚡
Another home game and so close to the end of the season.
This was always going to be a close game as Nottingham are a strong team who work hard in all areas of the game.
We came in with a game plan and every players committed to it. A strong first period had us up 3-0. All 4 lines playing well and a real game going end to end.
A solid second period ended with no goals but for us a test of our defensive capabilities.
Third period we stepped up the speed and passing and scored 6. In part due to being able to rotate 4 lines through the game and some outstanding netminding by Tegan.
Really pleasing to have goals spread across the lines with 6 different goal scorers and 10 different assisters! Also hugely important for us to get a shut out, which was something I wanted before the game and pleased all the players delivered.
MVP for Tegan who was outstanding, composed and really led the team from the back.
Once again amazing support and thanks to everyone for coming to watch your support means so much.
There is ONE more to go, and its a huge one for the team. Please come and show your support for the team one last time this season, it means the world to us all. And who knows, you may see a trophy being raised...
We really appreciated the support for Timperley Jaguars Under 11s this weekend and we wish them all the best for their final in Wednesday and for next season.

⚡MATCH REPORT⚡
Our last game against Leeds for the season and amazing to see so many fans.
An interesting game for us but one where we had to learn about trusting teammates and building confidence.
Leeds definitely came to play and have improved game by game and have some strong players growing with every shift.
For us this was about making sure we stayed composed, continued trying to implement what we were working on in training.
We ended the 2nd strong but I thought we backed off too much, which we addressed in the room and the team responded.
Third period was another good battle and the game finished 9-4.
Good game by Esme working hard both ways earning the nights MVP.
The noise in the building was incredible and definitely helped the game. It was amazing to see all the players enjoying the support.
Now we move to the next and its Nottingham. The last game was a little feisty with both teams playing a physical game so lets bring the noise again and even louder !!!
Huge thanks to all the off ice help, 50/50, cake sales, merch. The team is grateful for everything that is being done by everyone involved.
Thanks
Head Coach
James.
