In better news once Cara starts next week we will also be adding open mat day class 7 days per week at 10am which means the gym will be open for use of all members to come do their own thing 🇹🇭 🥊

New head coach 🇹🇭

I’m really pleased to announced that after speaking to multiple potential coaches to make sure the right person gets the role of head coach, we have officially appointed

Cara has trained Muay Thai most of her life with 16 years experience and multiple accolades - not only that she is driven to take Manchester Muay Thai in the right direction and commit 100% to the students no matter what your goal is, wether it be for fitness, self defence or competition.

Cara is away next week but begins her role as full time coach Wednesday 10th August 🔥
