Thought Iβd have rest day from the gym, and then I thought Iβll go home and do some press ups....Sounded easyπ€£π€£
So what I thought I would is to do 10 press ups every minute for an hour = 600
Well after 20 minutes, I upped it to 15 press ups every minute. I did that for a further 20 minutes.
Then David Goggins popped into my head, so I thought Iβd do the last 20 minutes of the hour doing 20 press ups a minute.
So Iβve just done 900 hundred press ups in the last hour
Itβs amazing what you can achieve when you break things down.
Obviously now Iβm going to have to try and push for more the next time I do them
Stay focused, never ever underestimate what you yourself can achieve. Never let anyone put doubt in your mind or allow them to feed your excuses(fear)about what you think you cannot achieve in life.
Give it a go, you may surprise yourself
