Some glimpses into our current 250hr Foundations Teacher Training journey ✨
From deep study and embodied practice, to shared laughter, meaningful conversations, hands-on learning, and moments of stillness this training has already been such a beautiful unfolding.
What began together in Tenerife continues now in Manchester, as this group moves through the final months of the journey before graduating in June.
More than learning how to teach yoga, this training is about building strong foundations - within practice, community, and self.
We’re so excited to share these little snippets of the experience so far 🤍

7 years ago today we opened yoga soul with a lot of excitement but not much certainty and honestly not a huge idea of what we were doing.
What we did have was a genuine love for the practices and a vision.
7 years on we’re incredibly proud that the studio(s) are still going strong.
One of the most rewarding parts has been watching the community evolve, change, expand and move over the years - seeing familiar faces grow, even become teachers and part of our team.
Hearing how much the studio has become part of peoples lives and routine is something we never take for granted.
At the heart of it all is our teaching team. The people who bring energy, care, personality, knowledge and consistency into the space every single week. We feel lucky to have the teachers we do and proud of the community they help create.
To everyone who has supported yoga soul over the years, whether you came to one class or hundreds.

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme is Action - a reminder that even small actions can have a meaningful impact on our wellbeing.
At Yoga Soul, we know mental health support can look different for everyone. Sometimes it’s movement. Sometimes it’s rest. Sometimes it’s community, conversation, or simply having space to slow down.
This week, we’re encouraging our community to take one small action for their mental wellbeing - whatever that may look like for you.
