Small gym…massive impact!

4 years strong, 4 years Strong AF. Makes me so happy and proud the hundreds of people I’ve helped in my studio of dreams 💪🏻

18 years as a PT, I’ve done no other job 🤣 I’d be absolutely lost working in an office or having a boss 🤣 I’ve helped thousands of people over my career and seen many clients go on to be PTs and fitness professionals themselves. I’ve lasted so long in the industry because I’m still a student of the game. Even after all this time I never profess to know it all and I’m always looking to improve and adapt. The inception of the BRC has changed me and Strong AF and I can’t wait to push it hard for the next few years.

For all those who have stepped through my doors, and who continue to do so…thank you. Thanks to you I’m not on a final written warning for calling a manager a c**t 🤣

Went to Lidl with BTC to show them what I buy to eat clean and stick to my macros whilst getting ready to compete. They saved the receipts so they have a list now…I like that.

This is a typical shop that would last me around 3 days. All in all it came to £51 quid. That’s pretty much what you would pay for a family McDonald’s.

This shop is full of protein, good fats, minerals vitamins and carbs. It’s also very filling and full of fibre.

BTC is upon us!! Monday we go again! Big new group, all with their ow goals ready to smash. I’ve done the hard work these last few days. Everyone has had their welcome packs, their calories and macros specific to them, their step goals and information about how to deal with bad days, motivation and surviving the weekends!

Now it’s time to work!! 5 group PTs a week, each week we progress. We aim for more rep, more weight and advanced techniques. Each week we increase steps. Each week I demand more effort and energy! But if they can give me their all, these people will change their lives!

I can’t wait to get started!!

Is BTC right for you. As I’m writing this I have one slot available for the BTC starting Monday! I am actually speaking to a woman who’s asked for two slots, but no deposit yet so if you want a go at changing your life, this is the last chance for summer!

What makes my group different is 1. I’m an absolute expert at this (just look at my transformations) and 2. I change your composition, not just scale weight loss. A lot of these studios run hyrox style classes and they are awful. Yes they get you fit, but no one goes to a pt to get fit 🤣 They want to look good naked and build muscle.

My BTC focuses weights as the priority, 5 days a week we use weights in a progressive overload fashion to build muscle and change your body. I set your macros and calories and we track every day. You have to hit your step goals or you will be shamed in the group! We do a weekly weigh in and progress pics. Then at the end we have a professional photoshoot to show off your results.

It’s hard, you will be pushed, but if you want it, you will succeed. If you would rather sit on your ass and be lazy, or push a sledge down a carpet, you enjoy that 🤣💪🏻

The reason the BTC is so successful and get results is the high level of accountability. I don’t except excuses an I will be honest with you. I expect check ins every night! So it’s not just group PT, it’s 24/7 coaching through too. You get 5 group PTs a week at times around work. These progressively get harder over the weeks and as you get stronger the weights get bigger. I set you a steps goal that you must hit and report to me. Each week we do a weigh in and progress pictures. The PT alone is worth over £1000 when priced individually! So all this for £400 for 8 weeks is a bargain.

This is your last chance to get in shape for summer and overhaul your life. Even if you never come back after you will learn enough to train forever!

Now this is an example of BTC being what you want it to be! It’s not all fat loss and step! Charlotte has been to every single BTC. The first two we focused on getting absolutely shredded as you can see in some of the triple before and afters. Then then next two we used to bulk and focus on adding as much lean tissue as we could. At one point I had Charlotte on 3700 calories and she was still only gaining weight slowly as her body has adapted so well!

This time has added a lot of muscle, and for me it stands out especially in her legs and back! Her quads are insane!

She’s signed up to start may 11th and we are going aggressive with the cut! I can’t wait to show you the end pictures from that one already!

Charlotte truly showing what dedication and passion looks like. A bulk can be a scary prospect for people who have lost weight…but not Charlotte! She executes with perfection. If everyone was like her I wouldn’t have a job 🤣💪🏻
