It is not the mind that realises the mind is not real.

The mind cannot realise anything. It is just a flow.

The recognition must be in something else, something we are overlooking.

That which is aware of the changes must be different from the changes.

So I stop looking to the changes to tell me who I am.

I stop asking the body what I am.
I stop asking the mind what I am.
I stop asking the intellect to tell me.

I don’t ask them to disappear, I just stop relying on them for the answer."
