That doesn't mean abandoning your responsiblities. It means consider how much better and longer you can look after those around you if you're in good physical and mental shape.
You can fit yourself into your life.

Endorsement from who I had the good fortune to have many private garage training sessions with. Learning grappling mainly with Tom and also with brother Joe, and Dad Andy over the years. Many conversations about life, mindset and combat sports. Absolutely golden time and people

24lbs weight loss in 3 months is achievable if you just bloody make the choice and stick to the plan.
12lbs is the lower end and should be a doddle.
But we both know good intentions fall victim to temptations all too often.
That's where a system, a plan and someone to pull you up when you're slacking are gold.
90 days is no time, but what a change you can achieve. I'll get you there.

It doesn't get easier does it? You just get on with it. But that constant nag, an awareness you need to start looking after yourself, keeps popping up.
You want to lose fat, get in shape and move better.
But you just can't fit more into your life....
I'm here to tell you that you can.
Because I used to think that too.
And I experimented with ways to make fitness 'fit in' to my busy life as a Dad of 2 kids and working awkward hours in a demanding job.
And I developed ways to get great results and maintain them without living like a monk and abandoning my responsibilities.

This isn't a "you don't need exercise" post. You absolutely do for dozens of reasons. My point is, you can lose fat without a regular workout routine.
Your results may not be as quick or desirable though.
For me, seeing muscle shape is the goal too and the plan was to get in the gym once my curiosity was satisfied. It is now, so I'm back on it!

Trust me, if there's an excuse or a reason not to train, I've had it, gave in to it, regretted it.
But I've been around long enough and have had a word with myself enough times to come up with ways to get around things. Stuff that works.
I'm not a pro athlete, I've never needed marginal gains, 0.5% more to give me the edge.
I need to turn up regularly, do enough at a decent enough intensity so I can turn up again in a couple of days.
I want to enjoy training AND enjoy living.
I'm in a good place with both and extremely thankful
