Its really important in life to create your own mental space that you learn to do you and grow to beat your past self everyday not someone else’s past or present self. Unless you do a that, you will remain in the constant loop of not knowing if your doing something for you or others. Nothing in life is more liberating than living for yourself and genuine PERSONAL growth💯📈. Half of the time most stuff you see on media isn’t always as it seems so in a world whether almost nothing is real, the least you can do is be real with yourself💯❤️

People Keep on asking me “why do home workouts?” And above are listed benefits of doing home workouts/callisthenics training❤️💯. However i DO NOT discredit going to the gym as there are many benefits to that especially for injury recovery and pro/semi-pro athletes . @ Manchester, United Kingdom
