‼️ FIRST TEAM RESULT ‼️
A superb performance from Town as we secured a convincing 3–0 victory, three valuable points and a well-deserved clean sheet.
Radcliffe started brightly, moving the ball with confidence and playing some excellent football throughout the first half. Our defensive shape was outstanding, limiting Uppermill to long-range efforts that rarely troubled the goalkeeper.
⚽ 1–0 | Reece Boyce
The opener followed a brilliant passage of one-touch football, with Reece Boyce finishing the move superbly to put Town ahead.
⚽ 2–0 | Reece Boyce
Reece doubled the advantage with another well-worked team goal. Excellent build-up play created the opportunity, and he was in the perfect position at the back post to tap home his second of the afternoon.
HT: Radcliffe Town 2–0 Uppermill
Town continued to dominate after the break, controlling the game from start to finish and giving Uppermill very little opportunity to threaten.
It was particularly pleasing to see the players put the work from training into practice, showing excellent discipline, determination and quality throughout.
⚽ 3–0 | Gio
Gio completed the scoring with a composed finish to seal an impressive victory for Radcliffe.
