Girls in Yr 7 and 8!! Our U13s don’t have a league game on Sunday but would still love the chance for a game - come and join us!
Come along to East Bergholt on Sunday 12th April and we will mix everyone up into teams for a kick-about.

Our U13s (current Yr8) are moving up to U14s and 11-a-side football next season and we would love to welcome a few new faces to our friendly, hard-working team.
After only our second season the development in all the squad has been amazing and as we move to 11-a-side in September we are looking for some experienced players to develop and grow with us!

⚽️Playing in SGWFL championship every Sunday am

When you join SWFC you become a part of a club created and run exclusively for girls to enjoy their football.

Do you have a field or a green space that Stour Wanderers could call home?

Formed in 2025 We are the only girls only football club in Suffolk and now proudly support over 100 local girls in 7 teams to play football all year round.
We chose the name 'wanderers' because our teams play on pitches all over the local area. What we would love is one space that we could have use of every week for a couple of our teams to call home and remove the permanent juggle of sharing with lots of other clubs!

Our parents and sponsors are incredibly supportive and we bring a full working party as well as financial support that could turn any green space into a fully functioning playing surface....

So if you have a space that could be better used and generating an income we would love to have a conversation!

Well done to our women’s vets team who had a cracking afternoon at the Essex FA tournament . This is a newly started, monthly, 5 a side competition - looking forward to next month already!

If you’d like ro come along and join our fun, friendly sessions we meet on Fridays at East Bergholt 7-8pm! No experience necessary!

Our U13s team (going into Yr8) would love to welcome one more player to their team.
They are a brilliant group of girls who made a real impression last season (their first) with their determination, positive attitudes and constant desire to keep developing and growing as players and as team mates.
Training is every Monday with additional fitness and strength sessions on Thursdays from Sept onwards at East Bergholt Sports Centre.
