I absolutely love my job, a few days ago I met a lovely guy in the gym .. 85 !!!!
He has a heart condition, and has been locked down for over 10 months !

I was having a little giggle with a few gym people (being nutty me lol 😂) and he can over and said “can I bottle that laughter up for medicine.”

He started talking to us and told us how hard it is to get up in the morn he did t want to be here anymore 🥺🥺

Me being me took him under my wing, we had a good chat, I said “come in ever day and I will come and talk to you ❤️”
I told him not to be alone , I helped him on and off the treadmill and we chatted for an hr.

He was laughing and looked so much happier when he left 😊

He comes in every day now to talk,

I don’t want anyone to feel alone and to feel they shouldn’t be here, I’ve witnessed people committing su***de for this.

I’m always here to listen to people

I never want people to feel pain only love ❤️

We live a life that’s ment to be for living enjoy meeting new people and sharing love ❤️

My heart is so full knowing that Colin now feels so much happier , all it takes is one person to change someone ❤️

So much going on …

when we feel this we neglected ourselves even more ..”haven’t got time “ sound familiar???

Well we are all human… but that particular action right there is only gonna make you feel worse… (in most cases)

I really wasn’t feeling it today, BUT i made time for me even if it’s 10mins … that 10 mins can be the answer to having a really s**t day… or making your day better ..

I always feel great after a workout and now my day feels a different day ❤️

Learn to except… as a female I am leaning more and more towards 40, our body’s start to change and sometimes it can be hard except that your body isnt 20 any more, although we always feel like we are mentally 😛

Our Hormones start to change, which changes our body shape and is alittle harder to keep it looking the way you want It… we have to work that little harder.

Being an ex professional dancer my body is everything.

My body is still everything and more so my mind now, I am I’m bracing change and learning about my body in other ways.

It’s not about going to the gym to loose or gain weight, (although a good shred and tone is always good) it’s about working out for my mind and enjoy that my body can still move pretty good.

I enjoy this feeling and it empowers me.

Looking healthy and feeling amazing body and soul.
Don’t get Me wrong I’m human and have my days where I find it hard, but my mindset knows I always feel better after Workout… not all workouts have to be a smash down either remember this ❤️

Listen to your body and give it what it needs ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our bodys work so hard to keep us going it’s an amazing thing so be grateful for why it does for you everyday ❤️❤️

Stupidly proud of today today has been the best session she’s ever done!!!

She has always wanted to get her press ups better, and she is getting stronger each week!

Yes Gemma can deadlift 110kg but struggled with press-ups

Now she is on her journey to doing full press ups.

Change your mindset!

So many of us always say I need to loose weight …

loosing weight and loosing fat are 2 different things…

loose fat not weight ..maintain what you work hard for lean muscle and strength and shred the onion layers (as I call them he he he )

When you loose weight you loose your muscle mass,you loose your shape you loose water.
why work so hard for it in the gym when your not feeding it to keep it and throwing it away.

If you work out correctly, using you training days,recovery days(which are so important),your conditioning with good nutrition and good timing you will shred fat and gain leanness also u may actually right more on the scales but ur fat % will be smaller remember muscle weights more than fat!!!!

Your body will look stronger
And more importantly you will learn to appreciate your body ❤️❤️❤️


So whilst dancing seems to aggravate my back and messed up nerves … weights on the other hand are my best friends!!!!

I cannot illustrate enough how important resistance and weight training is for strengthening the body.

I have all types of clients ranging by from students and professionals in the performing arts industry wanting to help maintain a good body and learning to use recovery correct and nutrition advice to keep them clients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis (resistance training is vital for strengthening those bones and movement helps with the pain, to clients who suffer really bad with mental health and anxiety the weights and resistance helps the mind fight again something negative, which in return helps build self esteem and confidence which strengthens the mind as well as the body.

Personal training means it’s personal to you one personas journey will be so different t to another’s journey.

It’s not about the trashing it’s about the mindset we build when we train,which then builds a stronger you inside and out.

I have danced all my life and I have nerves damage in my spine and shoulders… dance aggravates this more as I’m getting older…but I train 4 times a week in the gym working on my mindset and help building the strength,keeping the flexibility and mobility.

Weights are my saving, as when we train with weights and resistance we move in one particular way which builds strength on that specific movement instead on rapid direction on movement.

performers and dancers out there please make sure you are training with resistance as well as your other training it’s so vital for performance and maintenance 😘

Any one with health issues don’t be afraid to come and help your body. I am a private personal trainer so it’s just me and you.
