There are so many great teachers and coaches out there helping in so many different ways and a lot of the content can seem very similar, but that’s because it just works. Consistency is key. Keep reading, keep listening, keep learning, keep growing. You never know who may be listening to you one day and you could just help to make a change ✌🏼
To see some of the comments and reactions on social media just makes you realise how many people are struggling internally without even realising it.
The cycle of Self Sabotage…. Sometimes we don’t even realise that we’re gravitating towards situations that we don’t necessarily want, but because subconsciously it feels comfortable and safe. How many can relate to this cycle?
Manifesting Tip: we do not manifest from our conscious thoughts alone, but from our subconscious beliefs about what we deserve. Whilst this is true, do not underestimate the power of our thoughts and the influence they continuously have over out subconscious. The subconscious mind obeys the conscious mind, so whatever we consciously think, our subconscious will perceive to be true.
Our brains are designed to keep us safe, not happy, so we learn to adapt to our surroundings and the people around us to “fit in” and be liked. Though wouldn’t it be much more comfortable to be unapologetically ourselves? Putting on these “masks” just shuts us off from having authentic relationships and keeps us stuck in the past out of fear. Live your authentic life. Be you. All of you. The only validation you need is from yourself.
You are what you consume; which includes what you watch on tv/internet, books you read, conversations you have, people you hang around with, activities that you do. These things contribute to the choices you make, the beliefs you hold, the foods you eat and the behaviours you have. We’ve all got room to do better somewhere. Life is a continuous lesson of growth and change. If you don’t like where you are or who you’re hanging around with, then you can change ✌🏼
Who says we have to choose just one?
The quality of our life is determined by the quality of the questions we ask ourself. It’s time to start questioning everything.
It’s ok to not have a conventional job. Be different, be what you want ❤️
Are you thriving or surviving? Remember we all have the power to change our thoughts, which change our feelings, which change our actions, which change our outcome.
