Our new charity MARLOW ROWABILITY, (link in bio) is a new initiative to help raise £200,000 for the river frontage of our club, making it fully accessible for all our members. This will help our rowing community have a safer space for outdoor rowing, especially for those visually impaired, or less physically abled.

Pop down to Marlow Bridge at 10.30am on Saturday 18th May, spectators can enjoy watching Chef Superstars and , with the support of an all-star Michelin squad, row from Marlow Bridge to the finish line at the end of Higginson Park. All in the aid of charity, and helping to raise much needed community funds for Marlow RowAbility, (link in bio), for a new Accessibility Area.

This promises to be an exciting race as part of the UK’s top foodie festival , where spectators can watch from Marlow Bridge and the towpath to cheer on their favourite chefs in the race.

Yaay!
On 3rd August 2011 the club suffered a major fire. The committee meet that night and said that the club would survive, would be back on the water in 3 days, be back to near normal operation in 3 months, and that after 3 years the club would be able to look back and see the fire as a new beginning not a set back. We won at Maidenhead regatta within 3 days and had a full rowing programme in 3 months. This weekend, 3 years and two months later, this clubhouse will be open to members. Thank you to all those who have supported us on the way in so many different ways.

Mayors Charity Auction @ The Slug & Lettuce
The Slug and Lettuce is holding the Mayor's charity auction at The Slug and Lettuce Marlow on Friday 22nd November.
All proceeds will be split between two of the Mayor's charities AGE CONCERN and THE MARLOW ROWING CLUB.
Lots will consist of large canvases oil paintings of Marlow Town and some donation prizes from local retailers.
There will be Live Music From SOUL DADDY and 2 for 1 Cocktails All Night.
ENTRY FREE but a £5 donation on entry will entitle you to canapés and fizz on the night.
