It’s so easy to become influenced by what we see on social media and read on AI, some of its great, but some of it is unnecessary noise.

If this gap in participation continues, we’ll keep seeing the same pattern in women’s health, more preventable conditions, lower wellbeing and missed potential. 🤯

This week reminded me that confidence isn’t taught, it’s witnessed.

If we want more girls/ women in sport or exercise, with better health outcomes, we don’t just tell them they can or hand out leaflets .
We show them. 🤍
