S T R E N G T H & S C U L P T 🚀

What a fabulous group and super strong 💪 start to this new 6 week course at Wellspring 🥳

Combining all the different kinds of resistance training you can do - bodyweight (TRX) / strength bands/ weights - wrapping in cardio and a ton of core 🙌

This session included short 30 sec intervals and moved swiftly between exercises and these guys totally nailed it.

Resistance training has been shown to help lower the risk of cardiovascular and neurological diseases, with so many other benefits for bone and muscle health as well as that feel good factor 🤩

This really was a really fun vibe with such positive feedback after the class. I can’t wait for next week 🚀🚀🚀

I am hoping to run more courses like this in the future so keep your eyes 👀 peeled !

A R E Y O U R E A D Y … to build your strength in a supportive, friendly environment? 💪

This 6-week progressive programme starts Tuesday June 2nd and runs through to July 7th inclusive from 5-6pm at Wellspring, leics LE14 4EF.

Designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and build confidence with resistance training, whether you’re already enjoying TRX classes or looking to develop your strength in a more focused way, this course is for EVERYONE, regardless of ability.

Using a combo of TRX, weights and resistance bands, each session will build on the previous one and will help improve your strength, balance, co-ordination and overall fitness in a fun, encouraging group setting.

Sessions will offer options to challenge you at your own level so you can progress at your own pace and really enjoy the process. I absolutely believe exercise should be fun and accessible for all and I guarantee we will have some laughs on the way!

Your 6-week programme includes:

🚀6 progressive TRX + weights strength sessions 60 mins each.
🚀Core training to build stability and functional strength
🚀Technique coaching to help you move safely and effectively
🚀An optional WhatsApp group for support, motivation, accountability &questions throughout the programme
🚀Weekly recipe inspiration to support your training, recovery & energy
🚀Weekly coaching tips to help you get even more from your training
🚀Simple progress benchmarking so you can see how far you’ve come
🚀Your reserved place each week to build consistency and momentum

L I F E I S A B O U T B A L A N C E ..

Been working out a way to get back to my swimming, even if it’s once a month and today was a golden opportunity.

Yes I could’ve done a ton of admin, a newsletter or a blog, but I chose to swim instead and realised how much I’ve missed it..

I’m a bit antisocial with swimming, I like the quiet, I like my own space and just clearing my head - today was just what I needed - plus I got to rock the new hoodie 🙌💪 which kept me lovely and snuggly post swim 🏊‍♀️🌊

I’ve been blown away by the beautiful feedback that’s come in — so many of you shared how supported, understood, and empowered you felt. That’s exactly why I feel so passionate about this work.

Seeing women connect, open up, laugh, learn, and leave with a renewed sense of confidence and calm is everything. You deserve to feel heard and to thrive through this stage of life — not just “get through it.”

Strength, Confidence and a Fresh Start 🧡

Not going to lie, this feels a bit out of my comfort zone, but I’ve made it to the finals for Best fitness Instructor in the NorthantsLeicsRutland Muddy Stilettos Awards 2026 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Honestly this would never have happened without the amazing people I get to work with day in day out. It’s safe to say I absolutely love my job - supporting personal training clients and teaching group fitness is such a privilege and one I never take for granted.
