Five years ago, I found yoga while looking for a way to manage stress and bring more balance into my life. What started as a physical practice soon became so much more—a tool for finding calm, healing, and connection through life’s ups and downs.
Having undergone scoliosis correction surgery at a young age, I also learned to approach movement with greater awareness and self-compassion. Yoga helped me appreciate my body for what it can do, rather than focusing on its limitations.
Today, I teach Hatha and Yin Yoga, creating welcoming classes that focus on mindful movement, breath, and accessibility. My hope is to help others experience the same sense of peace, strength, and self-connection that yoga has brought to my life. ✨🧘♀️
