😎 MOAR SUMMER STRENGTH GAMES 😎
11 days to go until we host our Summer Games competition for the second year running. This year is much bigger with a spacious venue, more competitors, more weights, and some exciting stalls and attractions for all.
Come along and cheer on our competitors as they battle it out over 5 gruelling strength events to see who’s the strongest in each of the 4 categories.
⭐️ LOCATION: Maltby Cricket Club, TS15 9JT
⭐️ TIME: 10am - 3pm
⭐️ ENTRY: £3 age 13+, U13’s free

is bringing along his unique DDPYOGA for anyone to try out at the lunchtime break. We also have .a.hoop showcasing her aerial hoop sessions throughout the day.
Our resident Physiotherapist will be on hand all day and is taking bookings for short appointments, contact her direct to book in.
We will also have lots of merch on sale, as well as a huge raffle with loads of amazing prizes, and a tombola stall. Please bring cash!

Are you struggling to train due to injuries, or health issues? Do you feel you cannot progress in the gym because of ongoing injuries and recurring pain? Then you need to book in with Amy our resident Physiotherapist and PT.
⭐️ CONNOR ⭐️
Do you want to start competing in Strongman or Powerlifting, or you’ve already started but need a coach to help you progress? Get in touch with experienced PT and strongman Connor.

Are you just starting out in the gym and not sure where to start? Do you want to build strength and/or improve your fitness? Rohan is taking on new clients now!

Do you prefer training with a small group rather than in your own? Are you pregnant or postnatal? Do you need support and guidance with your nutrition? Then you need to get in touch with Rachel.

🏋🏼♀️💪 LEARN TO LIFT IN JUNE! 💪🏋🏼♀️
Our popular Learn To Lift class is back again for another 5 week block starting 2nd June!
This class is ideal for anyone who is new to weightlifting, unsure about how to lift and how much, or wanting to get back into lifting weights, and to also learn how to properly use the gym equipment and machines.
Each session we will focus on one main compound movement along with the appropriate accessory exercises and stretches for the muscle groups worked.
At Moar Coaching we only teach in small groups in a private setting to allow each member to get the most out of their session.
⭐️ 5 week block
