Couldn't get going today !

We started off well and were good on the ball but without really making any sort of chances at the end of it .
We then get a soft penalty awarded against us as pools play fell over it was deemed our keeper brought him down (which he didn't ) they scored that to go 1 up and then scored with a fine finish into the top corner .
We then pulled 1 back with George playing Sando through to finish .
We then had another couple of chances which were missed .

HT 1-2

Second half starts again playing some good stuff without the end product. Then as we play high line a ball is played through to a lad offside who couldn't believe his look when the ref didn't blow and he rolled it in for 1-3
We then go up the other end with a great attack as Lucas beats his man puts a ball back post to Dan to score . 2-3 .
A corner then conceded and pools scored with a great hander as they push the ball over the line also to be given 🤣🥴.......2-4
We scored again through Noah Q but it was pools who scored with a great finish bottom corner after he was left unchallenged on the edge of the box .

FT 3-5

Not a great day at the office for us or the ref who completely spoilt the game .
But well go again next week!

First home game of the season brings the first win of the season.
An all round cracking performance from back to front today can't fault any of the lads !
We were a threat from start to finish and when Taylor Span away from one and slipped a ball through for Jonah to put us 1 up it was deserved. But as half went on we had a little dodgy spell just before half time where Sedgefield put us under pressure and got a goal to level it playing some really good stuff of there own and could of gone in HT leading the game .

HT 1-1

Second half we flying out the gates with a couple of early chances but couldn't finish them .
But it wasn't long before 1 did go in when some great work down the left by Sando who squared for a tap in to put us 2-1 up .
The third came just after with as Sando cooly slotted home for 3-1 .
Sedgefield composed themselves again and created a couple of chances that unfortunately they were shut down by our solid defense.
But the game was done when Lucas broke down the right and chipped a delightful ball in for Sando to beautifully head into the top corner.

FT 4-1

He's worked really hard to improve his passing abd won loads of his duels and was part of a solid display from all the defence.

Onwards into next week but great to get another 4 goals and pick up all the points lots of positives 😎💪

Great performance last night

Marske United U15s 7-1 Shildon U15s

Took us 20 mins to wake up and start playing but then we started playing grabbed a few early goals with Sando and Lucas both setting up Jonah to put us 2-0 at HT

Second half
New signing Oliver Porter who's slotted straight into the team well slid a beautiful through ball for Jonah to grab his 3rd .
We then got caught high up and conceded with a quick break from Shildon 3-1.

We regained control and Lucas put another great ball in that was missed by Issac but fell to George on the edge of the area who curled in a beauty .
Sando quickly added the 5th with a great header from a Jonah corner before Jonah then grabbed his 4th with a cracking ball through from Charlie followed by a bit of individual brilliance from new signing Tommo who's quick feet got him space to smash another beauty in from outside the box with his left foot .

FT 7-1
