June is here, which means you'll start seeing plenty of "summer body" and "bikini body" marketing.

We thought it was a good time to share our thoughts.

To be clear, we're not saying there's anything wrong with wanting to feel more confident on holiday. That's a completely normal goal, and if training helps you feel your best on the beach, that's great.

What we don't believe in is making women feel like they only need to care about their health, fitness, and confidence for a few weeks of the year. The benefits of exercise don't end when summer does.

More strength. More energy. Better health. Greater confidence. Those things matter in January just as much as they do in July.

That's why you'll never see us selling "bikini bodies". We'd rather help women build confidence that lasts all year round.

Another exciting collab for Stronger Women Academy!๐Ÿ™Œ

"Hello, I'm Tammy!

I've been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for more than 20 years, with 19 of those spent at a local fitness club.

During that time, I taught a variety of classes including Body Pump, Spin, Power Wave, Aerobics, Circuit Training, Weight Management and many more.

For just over a year, I've been working as a self-employed personal trainer and, alongside my one-to-one sessions, I also lead my own group classes.

My passion lies in helping individuals discover a love for fitness and showing them the positive impact it can have on their overall lives.

If you spot me around the gym, don't hesitate to come over and say hello!"

Yeah, nutrition matters. But health, confidence, energy, muscles, hormones, and consistency matter too.

We're excited to welcome Nina to Stronger Women Academy!๐Ÿ‘

"Hi๐Ÿ‘‹ I'm Nina, a physio and online coach originally from Finland.

I'm really into running and HYROX, and I like to train a lot myself, so I understand the ups and downs of training and trying to stay injury-free!

I've worked as a rugby physio and PT in Amsterdam for 5 years, and now mainly coach online alongside my physio work. I work a lot with runners, but really just enjoy helping anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and train with more purpose.

As a physio, I'm big on looking at the bigger picture, not just where something hurts, but why it's happening in the first place."

"Just go to the gym."

For a lot of women, it's never that simple.

Women avoid gyms for reasons many men never even have to think about: being stared at, feeling judged, not knowing what to do, or walking into a space that feels intimidating before you've even started.

And we're not saying all men feel confident in gyms either. Gym anxiety affects everyone.

But for most women, those feelings are far more common.

Why? Because the fitness industry has spent YEARS making women feel like they need to be fitter, smaller, or more confident BEFORE they join a gym.

But the truth is, confidence comes from starting, not waiting until you feel ready.

That's why training facilities like ours matter. There's no judgment, no egos, and no pressure to already know everything.

The fitness industry still pushes 'skinny' as the goal for women.

We'd rather help women feel strong.

Strong enough to lift weights.
Strong enough to live their life independently.
Strong enough to stop obsessing over the number on the scale.

Training should improve your life, not make you afraid of food or your body.

And no, lifting weights won't make you bulky. But it will make you feel better about yourself.
