Season has come to an end and it was a great end to the season with another big performance from the boys 🔴⚫️

Out done themselves this season, only going the full season tasting defeat twice and drawing twice. Unbelievable !!!! We can have a little break before our trip to Flamingo land then we go again to prepare for a big season next year 💪💪

Another great performance today 🔴⚫️

Boys went out and smashed it. Full control after the first 5 minutes. Weather was a big factor today, that seen us play some of the best football all season and watched the best footballing team go route one ball against us.

Kept a clean sheet and scored 2 goals. Not a bad word to say at all. Unbelievable, 3 games left of the season. Keep playing like this and i can seeing us ending the season on a massive high 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Jayden was our goalscorer today and deserved all the credit today. He was outstanding. Show boating with his rainbow flicks and just been a true captain.

Ollie Williams again deserved all the credit aswell, nothing got passed him today. Always say dont let his size fool you. One of the best tacklers ive seen at his age. Today seen the best out of him, bringing the ball out and getting involved with play instead of just kicking the ball anywhere.

Today was a day for the full team ⚽️⚽️

Each and everyone of these lads where unbelievable today. Played a team higher division in the cup. Some great football on display by both teams.

Keepers kept alot of shots out and louie kept us in the game a hand full of times as we rode our luck by trying to capitalise on Kader pushing to get back into the game.

Doggy boys came out winners and into the next round. Best team performance ive seen, not one bad word said about any of the lads today, they dug deep for a 50 minutes.

Man of the Match went to every single one of the lads. They all deserved it 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

February Member Of The Month: Keith Ruddock

What can I say about Keith🤔 Keith has been training with us now for about a year and half and the change in him is unbelievable. When Keith first started here with us he was a bit nervous and unsure whether he could do some of the exercises which is understandable. We started off with adapting some of the exercises to suit Keith but Keith being Keith he didn't like that. He was determined to do these classes with no adaptations and week by week he was getting stronger and stronger and sweatier and sweatier ( he actually won the sweat slinger medal at Christmas but that's another story 🤣 ) anyway he is doing things now that he never thought possible and that is through sheer grit, determination and consistency. He works so hard in every class and never gives in, in fact he trains so hard his face looks like beef tomatoe🥵 Honestly though If you have never met, trained or even spoke to Keith you are really missing out. Everybody loves him, he is great fun and is always up for a little joke but can always take it when the joke is on him 🤣 He is a very popular figure in our gym so much so that even Leah has dropped Ste to partner him which is truly unbelievable😱 Keith you are a true gentleman and we are lucky to have you here with us, keep up the great work and keep on making us laugh along the way. You truly deserve this award and recognition WELL DONE!

Big performance from the boys today. Alot of individual brilliance but as a team they where absolutely outstanding.

The boys put in a big 50 minutes and showed why they have only lost once this season !!

From the goalkeeper keeping the boys in it with saves and the defenders making last ditch tackles. All of this get over shadowed from goals and assists. Well done lads 🔴⚫️

Midfielders today where solid and played as a unit pressed when they should and where very calm on the ball. Alot off brilliant passing to get us alot of 1 on 1’s with the keeper, well done lads 🔴⚫️

Striker always a hard position but the lads never stopped running after the ball. Alot off brilliant energy to get the ball back and make sure the other team never had time to play. Absolutely unreal , well done boys 🔴⚫️
