𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗠𝗔𝗖 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀/𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀:

🚩 We aim to set up close to the finish line (in the stand during wet weather or on the field during dry weather), so please look out for the Club flag and tent.

🪑 It would be helpful if you could sit close to the Club tent/flag, so that team managers and coaches can find athletes in preparation for each event.

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲:

⛅ Check the weather forecast and take the appropriate clothing and accessories (umbrella/sun cream).

? Check-in and collect your BIB (number) from the MMAC Team Manager as soon as you arrive....keep your numbers safe afterwards as you will need these for other NEYDL meetings this season.

🧷 Take EIGHT safety pins to attach your numbers to your vest (front and back).

🎽 Wear your Club vest/crop top.

👟 Remember your running spikes.

💦 Take a water bottle with plenty of water, and stay hydrated.

🍌 Pack food/snacks, especially if you are there all day, it have a long gap between your events.

🧥 Make sure you have a coat or blanket with you to keep your muscles warm between events.
