So proud of my client who has done amazing on my 6 week bikini shred! 👏🏼👏🏼
My Client come to me wanting to loose a little body fat and start to tone up and that she has done 👏🏼 with 6 weeks of hard work, sticking to a structured meal and training plan, getting steps in and being strict with herself, all while working full time and having a busy life, she has used her spare time wisely in meal prepping, getting her cardio in and attending sessions with me, and the results speak for their self 😮💨

7 months of hard work! 💪🏼

As a Personal trainer I’m here to, put you a plan together, support you, push you, and keep you on track
But the magic happens outside of our sessions too, what you do with your training and diet the other 5/6 days of the week is what really shapes your results
Results come from daily effort, your workouts, your food, your mindset, I’ll coach you, but you’ve got to meet me halfway! 🙌🏼
