Day 10❤️✨ Yogi’s Choice. Before the past year I would have chosen my most challenging Armbalance - pushing myself harder and further. But actually since suffering with Long Covid I’ve learnt to embrace so much more within my yoga practice. That actually rest, balance & spirituality (however you interpret it) is just as important as building physical strength. 
I’ve loved this Armbalance challenge - so I finish with Wild Thing - because I love the freedom and shape of the pose✨❤️

Join us for a 10 day challenge that will strengthen your core, shoulders and arms in a curious and playful manner!
