Dropping weight/ body fat without restricting your foods 🍔

Yeah, it's great when we drop a little body fat but also fustrating when we put it back on right ?

As a coach yep im super happy when my clients drop body fat .... BUT even happier when they have created those habbits that will last them years to come!

Habbits/ consistency are 🔑 when it comes to changing anything, and weightloss is the same 👀

Little by little we make small chnages, but these small changes in the bigger picture have a massive impact on how you move forward and ultimately keep moving forward without taking steps back 👀

❌️Your coach is not responsible for:

●Training effort
●Eating of plan consistently
●How many hours you dedicate to sleep
●How much water you actually drink
●Your want for the results

✅️ Your coach can help with:

●Making the process easier
●Education on getting to the goal
●Planning the most efficient way to achieve a result
●Making it as enjoyable and sustainable as possible
●Provide you with the structure, accountability, and road map to your gaol

You can have the best coach in the 🌎 but if your not willing to work with that coach and put the effort in the results arnt going to show - being accountable for you own goals/ efforts in the only way you will achieve your goal and see progress happen 🤗💚

Being a coach myself and having a coach, I understand both sides and what needs to be done from a client point of view in order for my coach to help get me to my goals, etc... and what work/ effort he needs from me 🤪 if I don't put the work in, I don't see the progress, and that hinders/ stops me moving forward ... and ultimately taking steps back, which no one wants !!!!

All foods are fine within moderation 🔑 key word there "moderation"

Balance is 🔑 but also so should enjoyment be too !
