I’m going to say something a bit different…
Most people don’t struggle with fitness because they’re lazy.
They struggle because they’re overwhelmed, tired, and trying to do everything for everyone else.
Sound familiar?
Between kids, work, life admin, and just trying to get through the day… fitness ends up at the bottom of the list.
Then when you do try, it feels like you have to go all in or not at all — and that’s where it falls apart.
That’s exactly why my PT sessions don’t work like that.
