Pre-covid: MKMC members meet regularly at the 'Big Rock Climbing Wall' in Milton Keynes, Tuesday and Thursday nights are popular. The club regularly organises climbing and hill-walking expeditions to the various mountainous regions of the UK and there are weekly trips to more local crags, e.g., the Peak District, throughout most of the year. Isle of Skye: the non-climbers hiked up to three trig points, The Storr (above the Old Man of Storr) 719m, and two Munro’s: Bruache na Frith 959m and Bla Bheinne 929m. We had a brief snowstorm at the Old Man of Storr ☃️

Good club trip to Borrowdale, Lake District in May. 22 MKMC members staying at High House in Seathwaite. Excellent area for climbing and hill walking.
