Although our aim is to one day be more of a one stop shop, where we can offer an array of services at competitive rates, we initially started this venture using my 15 years experience in the motoring industry and mechanical trade. If you are not a car person, one of your first thoughts is "how much is this going to cost me??" and you are left in the hands of the Garage Gods. There have always been stories of people paying far and above the fair rate from some garages, whether it be for a straight forward repair, down to a general service, I've seen it first hand. At MK Mates Rates we are open and honest about the cost of everything from parts, MOT's, servicing right through to our extremely competitive labour rates. Not only this, we will offer advice and information about what the best solutions and options may be. We do not have excessive premises and staff costs, which allows us to show this in our price offering. It's all very nice having a team of 20 people and a large garage facility, but the cost of running these need to be covered and are always factored into the pricing you receive from the larger garages. Our goal is to promote different areas and become a company you will continue to come back to and trust. We already have experienced Professionals for driveways & Patios and have recently added printing and promotional merchandise to our offering. However, we now have access to experienced people in this industry and have the ability to source direct from manufacturers, including the Far East. Our low overheads, along with cutting out middle men, allows us to really compete in this industry.
