Fresh veggies and pure energy!
Cooling breath, or Sitali Pranayama, is a yoga breathing technique designed to reduce body temperature, calm the mind, and ease stress by inhaling through a curled tongue. This method, often called “taco breath,” is used to counteract heat, anger, or anxiety by drawing in air across the tongue, producing an immediate cooling effect.
How to Practice Sitali (Cooling Breath)Position:
Sit comfortably with a straight spine and relax your shoulders.
Tongue: Open your mouth, curl the sides of your tongue inward to form a tube (like a “taco” or straw) and stick it out slightly.Inhale: Inhale deeply through the curled tongue as if drinking through a straw, feeling the cooling sensation on the tongue and throat.Close & Exhale: Close your mouth and exhale slowly through your nostrils.
Duration: Continue for 2–10 minutes.

I feel like my crow has improved. But funny enough it’s not because I got fitter. I think it’s more to do with my confidence. 🙈🌿🌱🙏🏻
