🥊 Unlock Potential with Box Champions! 🥊
The Box Champions Programme offers a supportive and structured environment for young people aged 10-18. This 20-week, fully funded journey combines non-contact boxing with impactful personal development training.
What's Included?
We support young people who may be facing challenges with their mental health and wellbeing by providing a safe space to build confidence, resilience, and connection through movement and mentoring.
Each participant benefits from a weekly one-on-one session with a dedicated coach, providing tailored guidance and support. The programme features a variety of engaging activities such as pad work, punchbag exercises, circuit training, and skipping, all structured in short, manageable rounds. It also equips participants with evidence-based tools to better understand their minds, normalise feelings, and manage emotions and behaviours effectively.
Location: All sessions take place at our gym in Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes.
👉 Do you know a young person who would benefit from a little extra support right now? We’re now welcoming referrals for our next Box Champions intake starting this May. With places available, it’s the perfect time to get in touch. Once we receive your referral, our team will take a look and be in touch to talk things through and share the next steps.
