In 2002 I started to train Filipino Martial Arts - Muay thai and Muay Boran – having in 2003 graded 10 Khan in Muay Thai. By 2007 I was certified a full instructor of Muay Thai and Self Defense. In 2016 I became one of the three UK Ginastica Natural Master Trainers.
