@yogafoundeloise is, quite simply, one of the kindest and most gentle souls you could ever have the pleasure of meeting  I began her yoga classes back in June, not knowing my left from my right, and over these past six months the growth I’ve felt — both physically and within myself — has been nothing short of profound. This evening marked our final session of the year. Eloise guided us with such care through a slow, flowing yoga practice, followed by a deeply restorative Yin stretch. From there, we softened into a Winter Solstice cacao and candle ritual, accompanied by spoken meditation and the warm glow of one of Eloise’s handcrafted candles. In that space, we each found our own heart mantra — something to welcome the returning light and carry forward into 2026. Leaving feeling truly nourished.
