Sooo… Mash It Up is back in Milton Keynes and we're just getting started! 🔥💃

If you've recently joined one of my classes, you might not know that Mash It Up actually started back in 2012 in London at Pineapple Dance Studios!

Over the years it grew into classes, events and instructor trainings across the UK and Europe… then life got busy and Mash It Up became a little quieter for a while. 😂

But now we're BACK and it feels so good to be teaching it again! ❤️

For now we're building it step by step...

🔥 A special Mash It Up x F.I.T Jam event coming in September
🎓 And Instructor Training is coming back in November!

If you've been thinking about trying a class but you're nervous — honestly, just come. 😂 You don't need to be a dancer, you don't need to know the steps and you definitely don't need to get everything right.

We dance, we sweat, we mess up, we laugh and we leave feeling GOOD. 🔥

Never tried a dance class before? You’ll be absolutely fine.

One of the things I hear a lot is “I’d love to come, but I can’t dance” or “I’m going to get all the steps wrong!” ( I get it wrong all the time 🤣)

And my answer is always: you don't need to be a dancer.

At Mash It Up, I break everything down step by step, we practise together and then put it all together with the music.

Will we get every step right? Nope. 😂
Will we have fun anyway? Absolutely. Yeayyyy

It's about moving, switching off for an hour, enjoying the music and leaving feeling GOOD.

Nobody talks enough about how easy it is to lose parts of yourself when you become a mum. ❤️

Kids, work, home, responsibilities… there's always something that needs you first.

Dance has always been a huge part of who I am, and after putting it on the side for a while, I'm finally bringing that part of my life back - and bringing Mash It Up back to Milton Keynes with it. 🔥

But I'm doing it differently now.

I know what it's like to want to do something for yourself and think, "But what do I do with the kids?"

So if childcare is what's stopping you coming, your children are welcome to come along - they can join in if they want to, or stay safely on the side if they're old enough to entertain themselves.

No pressure. No perfect dancers. No complicated choreography you need to already know.

Just Afrobeats, Dancehall, movement, energy, laughs and an hour that's YOURS. 💛

Come stressed.
Leave happy.
