This isnβt a class β itβs a specialist coaching session within a private facility.
Trial sessions available, followed by structured 6-week blocks.

These are fully coached, private sessions within the facility β meaning no distractions, no overcrowding, just focused training for both you and your child.

Donβt need to tie into every week, some attend once a week, every other week or even once a month for a check in. This availability wonβt last for long being such a prime slot. Unfortunately January the 5th has already been snapped up but all the others are currently available.

Results are in! And this guy has done it again! π₯³
Alex has got the double! 2 years on the bounce! He has lifted 100kg bench press, 145kg squat, 160kg deadlift! π«‘ well done! All at a bodyweight of 81.1kg giving him a total of 405kg divided by his bodyweight gives him 4.99
Well done for all the guy whoβs have competed this year, youβve got another 12 months to improve on this guy! Remember clients past or present are more than welcome to take part in this competition each year.
