A brilliant response from the girls after last week’s defeat as Mold Alex Girls U12s beat a very physical Penycae side in our final competitive game of 2025.

Played on a horrible pitch, the girls showed real grit and determination, standing strong and refusing to let the physicality affect them. Led superbly by captain Ava H, the team stayed focused throughout. 💪🏻👊🏻

Goals from Millie and Ava C, including a special free kick 👏🏻, sealed a deserved win and capped off a fantastic team performance.

Proud of the reaction, the resilience, and the togetherness shown by the whole squad to end the year on a high 💪⚽

Tomorrow, Mold Alex Girls are on the road as we take on Penycae Girls U12s away from home.

After last week’s defeat, the girls are determined to bounce back and put in a strong performance. Training has been positive, spirits are high, and the team is ready for the challenge ahead 💪

A tough game on a challenging pitch saw Penycae FC Girls U12s come out on top against Mold Alex Girls U12s.

The Mold girls showed great determination and battled right until the final whistle. Led by captain Naomi, the team never gave up and were rewarded with a well-taken goal from Millie 👏⚽

Plenty of effort, heart, and team spirit on display — lots to be proud of but unfortunately today just wasn’t our day 💙

There’s plenty of work to do and hopefully we can get a reaction next weekend 👊🏻💪🏻
