Perimenopause is not the time to eat less. It’s the time to eat smarter.
Swipe through if you’ve been told to just “push harder” and it’s not working 👆
Your hormones have changed — your approach needs to too. That means enough protein, enough energy, and training that supports your body instead of fighting it.
DM me “HYBRID” if you want a plan built around what your body actually needs right now, not what worked a decade ago.

Everyone’s talking about training for longevity right now, here’s what that actually means if you’re a woman in perimenopause or navigating your cycle. It’s not about doing less, it’s about training with your body instead of against it. That’s exactly what my hybrid programme does.

Most women come to me doing everything right — and still not seeing results. Here’s why 💁🏼♀️
They’re following generic plans built for men, or worse, built for no one in particular.
My hybrid programme exists because you deserve a plan that actually works for your body.
Here’s what’s inside
▪️ Gym AND home workouts — so life doesn’t derail your progress
▪️ Video tutorials for every single movement (no guessing)
▪️ Macro tracking support — not just calorie counting, actual food education
▪️ Female-focused, science-backed programming
▪️ Me, in your corner every step of the way
This isn’t a generic PDF. It’s a proper coaching programme built around how women’s bodies actually work.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start seeing results — DM me HYBRID and let’s chat 💪
Female-Led. Science-Backed. Results Driven.

Your period isn't the enemy of your training- it's the cheat code. 🌷
Most programmes ignore your hormones completely. Mine doesn’t.
Swipe to see what’s actually happening in your body week to week, and why training the same way
every single week works against you ➡
Comment CYCLE and I’ll send you the breakdown!

If I had a pound for every woman who told me she'd just accepted the weight gain as part of menopause… I'd be retired by now. 💸
But here's the thing — weight gain during menopause is common. It is not inevitable.
There's a difference, and it matters.
As oestrogen declines, a few things happen:
🔹 Muscle mass decreases (which slows metabolism)
🔹 Fat distribution shifts — more around the midsection
🔹 Insulin sensitivity can reduce
🔹 Sleep disruption affects hunger hormones
So yes, your body is changing. But those changes don't automatically mean weight gain — they mean your approach needs to change too.
What actually makes the difference:
✅ Strength training — non-negotiable for preserving muscle and keeping metabolism firing
✅ Adequate protein — most women aren't eating nearly enough
✅ Understanding your calories — not restriction, awareness
✅ Sleep and stress management — more impactful on body composition than most people realise
Menopause is not the end of feeling good in your body. It's a signal to start training and eating for your body — not against it.
This is exactly what I help women do. 👇
