Perimenopause is not the time to eat less. It’s the time to eat smarter.

Swipe through if you’ve been told to just “push harder” and it’s not working 👆

Your hormones have changed — your approach needs to too. That means enough protein, enough energy, and training that supports your body instead of fighting it.

DM me “HYBRID” if you want a plan built around what your body actually needs right now, not what worked a decade ago.

Everyone’s talking about training for longevity right now, here’s what that actually means if you’re a woman in perimenopause or navigating your cycle. It’s not about doing less, it’s about training with your body instead of against it. That’s exactly what my hybrid programme does.

Comment HYBRID and I’ll pop the info over 💪

Ozempic can shrink you. It can’t build you.

Muscle isn’t just aesthetic — it’s your metabolism, your bone density, your body’s ability to hold onto itself as you age (especially through menopause, when we’re already fighting to keep muscle).

There’s no jab for that. Just consistent, progressive strength work.

If you want a programme that actually builds you, not just shrinks you → comment HYBRID 👇

Same lifts, same progressive overload, different phase 🏋🏼‍♀️

This isn’t a “12 week transformation” - it’s consistent training showing what’s possible when you actually know how to use a gym. Progressive overload builds the muscle, the right macros for the phase reveal it.

This is the foundation of my hybrid programme- proper strength training, structured progression, and nutrition that matches your boast and your goal, not guesswork.

Want to learn how to actually train with purpose? DM me “HYBRID” for more information about my online programmes 💪

I train for the aesthetics, yeah. But also for the woman I want to be at 60, 70, 80. For the kids watching me show up even when I don’t feel like it. For the version of me that walks out of a session with a clearer head than she walked in with.

Strong isn’t just a look. It’s a lifestyle.

If you train too — what’s YOUR reason? Drop it below 👇

Most women come to me doing everything right — and still not seeing results. Here’s why 💁🏼‍♀️

They’re following generic plans built for men, or worse, built for no one in particular.

My hybrid programme exists because you deserve a plan that actually works for your body.

Here’s what’s inside

▪️ Gym AND home workouts — so life doesn’t derail your progress
▪️ Video tutorials for every single movement (no guessing)
▪️ Macro tracking support — not just calorie counting, actual food education
▪️ Female-focused, science-backed programming
▪️ Me, in your corner every step of the way

This isn’t a generic PDF. It’s a proper coaching programme built around how women’s bodies actually work.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start seeing results — DM me HYBRID and let’s chat 💪

Female-Led. Science-Backed. Results Driven.

Annie Beth’s transformation is proof that more isn’t always better. 👏

Before starting my Hybrid Programme, Annie Beth was doing all the things she thought she needed to do to get results — running multiple times a week, smashing endless cardio sessions and attending several group fitness classes.

But despite all of that hard work, nothing was changing.

❌ Her body composition stayed the same.
❌ Her energy was low.
❌ She wasn’t feeling confident in the way she looked.
❌ She was frustrated because the effort she was putting in wasn’t matching the results she wanted.

Fast forward to now… 🔥

Through a bespoke training approach designed specifically for her, Annie Beth has achieved an incredible full body recomposition.

✅ Reduced body fat
✅ Built lean muscle
✅ Increased strength
✅ Improved energy levels
✅ Gained confidence in herself and what her body is capable of

There were no quick fixes, no extreme diets and no endless hours of cardio.

Instead, we focused on:
• Intelligent programming tailored to her goals
• Progressive overload to continually move her forwards
• Training that worked with her body, including adjustments around hormonal changes throughout her cycle
• Consistency over perfection

The result? A stronger, healthier, more confident version of Annie Beth.

If you’re putting in the effort but not seeing the changes you deserve, it might be time to stop doing more and start doing what actually works.

Ready for your own transformation? Drop me a 🔥 in the comments or send me a DM with the word “HYBRID” to find out how we can get you the results you’ve been chasing. 💪

Your period isn't the enemy of your training- it's the cheat code. 🌷

Most programmes ignore your hormones completely. Mine doesn’t.

Swipe to see what’s actually happening in your body week to week, and why training the same way
every single week works against you ➡

Comment CYCLE and I’ll send you the breakdown!

If I had a pound for every woman who told me she'd just accepted the weight gain as part of menopause… I'd be retired by now. 💸

But here's the thing — weight gain during menopause is common. It is not inevitable.

There's a difference, and it matters.

As oestrogen declines, a few things happen:
🔹 Muscle mass decreases (which slows metabolism)
🔹 Fat distribution shifts — more around the midsection
🔹 Insulin sensitivity can reduce
🔹 Sleep disruption affects hunger hormones

So yes, your body is changing. But those changes don't automatically mean weight gain — they mean your approach needs to change too.

What actually makes the difference:
✅ Strength training — non-negotiable for preserving muscle and keeping metabolism firing
✅ Adequate protein — most women aren't eating nearly enough
✅ Understanding your calories — not restriction, awareness
✅ Sleep and stress management — more impactful on body composition than most people realise

Menopause is not the end of feeling good in your body. It's a signal to start training and eating for your body — not against it.

This is exactly what I help women do. 👇
