After a stressful few weeks I had some me time and went for an Indian head massage .. it was amazing I’m totally zen tonight..

Hiya quick summary of some of the new class pre Xmas🎄

‼️‼️from October Teen reformer classes
✅Friday 1pm more affordable reformer class £8

🌻Man class back on 645 pm Thursdays

Mat classes all Tuesday , Friday at Morfa Nefyn Ganolfan and Saturday at Cwt Tatws until the weather turns!☔️💧💧🌧️

✅✅From November post natal classes (with babies ) mat on a Tuesday and reformer on a Wednesday

Bore da all🌅
I have made a few changes to the timetable

‼️Friday at 1pm has become a slightly cheaper class at £8 but packages can not be used for it

‼️and I have introduced a 14-18 year old class on a Thursday at 430pm £8 a class

‼️Tuesday is mat day in the studio and if you are a total beginner the 7am class is a good place to start !

In October I will be adding the man class back in as well as a post pregnancy class for mums and babies to come along to

Something for everyone !! If there is anything I may have missed or a time or type of class you would like to see let me know!

Getting back to the real job… not the thankless unpaid carer job I’ve been doing!! 👨‍⚕️
