Please welcome to SWA Rebirth weekend, Professional MMA star, Chris “The Badguy” Bungard.
There aren’t many guys as tough or as popular as John TheBomb, especially in the local area, but Chris is definitely one of them.

John says, “with our previous roster announcements we have some pretty hard guys coming up from down south and Ireland, so I’ve handpicked Chris as my insurance policy”
Will we see The Badguy as an enforcer, a ref, a tag team partner? We will find out soon enough, but one thing is for sure, he will get a tremendous welcome in his local areas of Motherwell, Bellshill and Wishaw.

Chris will be part of the pre show meet and greets.

We are a small Scottish Charity based in Wishaw, Lanarkshire, Who work tirelessly for these Amazingly Brave local Children.
The charity helps families with children going through gruelling treatments for Cancer, leukaemia, and other life-threatening illnesses. We help the children to meet their Celebrity and Sporting idols, go to concerts, theatres, football games and outings such as theme parks, Blair Drummond Safari park, Zoos, Restaurants or anything they desire to make their lives a little more bearable during this hard time.
Some of the stars that have been kind enough to give us their time include Ed Sheeran, Johnny Depp, The Script, Kylie Minogue, Little Mix as well as The Scotland Football team, Celtic and Rangers, Ant and Dec and Spiderman, Tom Holland.
In the 12 years since we became a registered charity ,we have purchased a fully accessible Respite holiday home at Craig Tara Holiday Park in Ayr where the families can go for a break away from the hospital. Already over 3000 families have had time away in DreamMaker 1. We cover all the costs for the families and the feedback we receive from them is a testament to how these breaks are badly needed to give them time together as a family at these horrendous times. .
Our Team work tirelessly throughout the year to ensure every child gets an amazing experience that makes this hard time in their lives a little bit brighter.

Gutted that the iconic Civic Centre is closed down for good, but we are happy to be back in John The Bomb’s hometown in conjunction with Dalziel PTA to assist in raising funds for a new minibus.
