Lovely to do 1-1 with a lovely 9 year old girl in her garden yesterday & love doing sessions outdoors. Last week she chose
the Magick yoga card 'SAFE' and yesterday she chose 'FREE' as that is how she felt 😁❤️🧘‍♀️. She also chose a song called 'Free' by K-Pop Demon hunters to play during session. Freedom & choice is what i believe for people ❤️ xx

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the present moment, using techniques like meditation, breathing and yoga. It helps us become more aware of our thoughts and feelings so that, instead of being overwhelmed by them, we’re better able to manage them.

Mindfulness can be used in your everyday life and doesn’t require much effort or time. You can practise mindfulness in just one minute!
