We were out and about today helping a fabulous young lad raise money for an operation to help him walk. DEWI'S DREAM are trying to raise £60,000 to take Dewi to America for his op and have nearly hit their target!!!! Thank you to all the staff and customers of Tesco Talbot Green who allowed us to pack their shopping and kindly donated. GOOD LUCK DEWI, keep smiling. X

Well after an amazing week it's time for Charlie Company's last training session with us. We hope you all enjoyed yourselves as much as Geoff and I did. It was lovely to meet a group of young lads who were hungry to learn and eager to train. We hope you learnt from this experience and take away some valuable skills which will help you in the ring. So from Geoff and myself we want to wish Charlie Company the absolute best of luck in their forthcoming competition. GO CHARLIE COMPANY!!! 💪💪👍👍👏👏

Exciting week for the Kyber Colts gym this week as we welcome Charlie Company, 1 Royal Welsh Training Camp. The lads and their coaches will be in the gym all this week training hard for upcoming tournaments.
