JIU JITSU BEGINNERS PROGRAM
Our 6 week course will be going live on July 30th. This is aimed at everyone's who's been keen to start but were maybe worried about joining a regular class for whatever reason. Here at PCF we have made a relaxed environment where people from all backgrounds and abilities can come and train martial arts. No matter what it is you want to get out of the sport we feel we can cater to it - from getting fitter and stronger in a positive community as a hobby to having professional matches. Course is open to ANYONE over the age of 16

🥋 Looking for something positive for your child — or a new challenge for yourself?
At Primal Combat Fuzion, we run Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai classes for both kids and adults, and beginners are always welcome.
Our kids classes help build confidence, discipline, respect, and fitness in a fun and supportive environment. They learn how to work with others, stay active, and develop real self-defence skills while making new friends.
Our adult classes are perfect if you want to get fitter, learn something new, relieve stress, or challenge yourself in a positive team environment. No experience needed — just come along and give it a try.
You’ll be joining a great group of people, and we’re proud to see our team regularly competing and representing the gym at events like the Scottish Grappling competitions.

Matthew is a British Open Champion making him a great training partner for everyone including the coaches and over the last few months of being a member here at the club, has become a great friend as well - taking time out of his busy schedule of working and studying for his degree to share his knowledge with us and our students.
