I miss hanging exercises…

In my own studio I have two Merrithew V2 Max style reformers and can do most Cadillac exercises…except for the hanging exercises! I really miss being able to dive into the hanging exercises whenever I feel like it. I can’t wait to have my own full Cadillac one day!

Hi 👋🏽 I’m Sam, founder and teacher at Reflexion Pilates.

🌟In 2016 I was living in Bangkok 🇹🇭 with a badly sprained ankle and a doctor recommended reformer pilates to heal and regain strength
🌟I instantly fell in love with it 😍
🌟In 2019 I moved all the way to Toronto Canada 🇨🇦, the only place you can take a fully comprehensive teacher training course with world renowned STOTT pilates
🌟I am now the founder and teacher at Reflexion Pilates in London 🇬🇧
🌟I love teaching pilates and seeing my clients get that same buzz 🐝
