Have Fun, Get Fit CIC works with people suffering from physical and neurodevelopmental disabilities, and neuro diversities as well as neurotypical individuals based in Rhondda Cynon Taff and across South East Wales. Our CIC focuses on supporting clients who suffer from depression, autism, ADHD, PTSD and anxiety, to achieve their mental and physical fitness goals. Working with adults and children with special needs or spectrum disorders, our fitness training helps with frustration and aggression release, relationship and confidence building, delivered through creative activities that aim to help reduce stress at home and empower our users. Served by a qualified instructor, we understand from experience the mental and physical benefits that exercise can bring to support health and wellbeing. About our founder, Ross Parsons:
As a nursing assistant, Ross specialised in and supported people suffering from physical and mental disabilities, neuro diversities and neurotypical individuals. He is a fully qualified personal trainer, self-defence instructor and boxing coach, with 11 years of experience in helping and training people who suffer from depression, autism, PTSD and anxiety, to achieve their goals.
