💙 Sunday the boys had their grades💙

Harrison & Olly this was their first competition and did amazing and had worked so hard!

Jack & Jack had a great comp and they made the North West team on to national finals at Telford. Amazing work boys!

❤️ Liverpool Open 2026 ❤️

First comp of the season yesterday for these girls and we are super proud of them all! The girls had a great time and showed so much confidence putting out their new upgrades ready for the season ahead. Well done girls, your hard work and determination is certainly paying off!! Well done all of you! 🥰

Saturday 11th July classes are on! Please note time changes to Mini Squad & Squad sessions in the afternoon. We have had to combine some sessions due to the excessive heat in the afternoon. (We also have a lot on holiday) Morning sessions are cooler so we are trying to do the best we can whilst the temperatures are so high 🥵. Thank you for your understanding.

❌FRIDAY CLASS CANCELLED❌

No class tonight (10th July) due to the heat. We have been monitoring the temperature of the gym all day and unfortunately the heat keeps rising and so we feel it is unsafe to train.

We will put a makeup session on in the summer for this class.

💛 £15 per session cash or cheque only

Suitable for children 4-11years. Children must bring a filled water bottle and packed lunch (no nuts due to children with alergies) and wear suitable clothing for running around in.

Please note this is not a lesson it is a mixture of games and free play.
