Great session tonight with a lovely cooling fritzy drizzle 💦 😄

Well done to Dai/Bambi and Cerys for both getting MVP Players of the session tonight. Cerys scored some lovely tries, had excellent support play, was brilliant on the wing and kept Gareth in check throughout 😉
Dai just like he's done all season takes the ball up and always makes good ground going forward like a Rhino 🦏
Well done and well deserved both 👏🎉

Everyone played really well tonight and MVP could have gone to everyone. Captain Kev was outstanding as alwaya 👏

Next week is our final training session of the season. With Ospreys in the Community at Hengwrt Sports Centre.

Well done everyone. SPARTAAAAAA 😊⚔️ 🏉

Ps. Darren was taking the photo (Expertly masterfully and subtly penciled in) lol
