Wish I could have spent longer here. So much to see and do… so little time.

I’ve been quiet on Instagram just getting my head around everything….

At the end of this month I’m having spine surgery. And if I’m honest, stepping back from moving the way I used to has been one of the harder things I’ve faced, not just physically, but in how I see myself.

What’s stayed with me is something my consultant said. He recommends Pilates to every single one of his rehab patients. Not as an afterthought, but as part of how you rebuild, controlled movement, core stability, strength found again within a safe range.

It’s reframed something for me. Pilates was never just about the body I already had. It’s about meeting the body you actually have, today, and building from there.

So this is me, doing exactly that as a teacher, I never expected this. And if you’re carrying your own version of this , a diagnosis, an injury, a body that isn’t doing what it used to, I’d love for you to move alongside me.

Swipe through, and come find us on the reformer. 🤍

Truly blown away with this bouquet this morning waiting for me on my doorstep from my gorgeous hubby. Emily at Emily the florist what a truly beautiful hand tied arrangement, such care and attention to detail. I love my flowers so I’ll be coming by to see you a lot, thank you. I hope I’ve done the flowers justice arranging them in the vase. Xx

We’ve loved welcoming people into the studio already, and it’s been special to open our doors to those who usually pass by. Already had a few lovely people through our doors and it’s not midday yet.

Shutting up the studio for the night ❤️✨
Feeling so grateful for such full classes this week, especially in this heat 🔥
A little bit of my cabin crew side comes out 🤣 — cold towels and cold drinks offered at intervals ✈️😂
But in all seriousness, hydration is so important, especially when we’re moving and working hard. Keep those fluids up 💧
