😀TUESDAY TESTIMONIALS 😀
-
F4C member Maisie started her journey with us a few months back. Maisie had never incorporated weight training into her own sessions before so it was something that was brand new to her.
-
Since we started to incorporate weight training/lifting into her training program her confidence and strength shot through the roof and she started to enjoy exercise again.
-
We could not be any more proud of Maisie’s progress and look forward to what more progress she will make
-
Keep up the great work champ 💪🏼
